Gizem Kâhya İyem (b. 1992), graduated from Sabancı University, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Department in 2015. She is a member of Taşeron Independent Art Initiative. She uses various mediums in her artworks such as PU foam, polymer clay, clay etc. Besides her artworks she also practices art direction, set design and graphic design works. She continues to Philosophy and Social Thought Graduate Program at Istanbul Bilgi University and works on aesthetics. She is the director of Evin Art Gallery since 2022. She lives and continues to work in Istanbul, Turkey.
